Since the enemy in 2012's remake of Red Dawn was changed post-production to show North Koreans instead of Chinese... did the original movie, before it was computer white washed, ever leak? I wonder if there are copies of the movie to be found online somewhere with the enemy shown as they were originally intended. [ link to www.usatoday.com (secure)] Red Dawn 2012 -- which stars Josh Hutcherson and Chris Hemsworth -- originally featured China as an enemy but filmmakers changed it to North Korea post production. just (change by computer) any flag on there and get the movie out. I think it's pretty ridiculous. if you really want to know the truth." But why the further switch? Chinese foes were changed to North Korean after the film was completed..... |

Quoting: Sikhed Yup. Since the movie was completed, and those computer animated edits were done post production, it would be awesome if there was a leaked copy of the original footage somewhere, showing the movie with the Chinese. |
