That said -- our military needs to be used to secure OUR borders, as opposed to those of assholes who hate us. Army Corp of Engineers are designers, not builders, they build via huge contracts which means Trump would need to get them money i.e. $25 Billion. A southern border wall is actually very simple construction, nothing more than 30 X 30 prefab panels set in a 5 foot deep ditch alongside an improved gravel access road, all construction easily done by Army Combat Engineers and Navy Seabee Construction Battalions who are already on the payroll so no contractor cost just minimal cost for basic concrete and steel. If Trump can order this done now (he can) then why didn't he order this done 2 years ago?
