But the courts will stop it. It will have to go to SC for a ruling. The courts are just an excuse Trump uses on gullible Trumptards. Read the US Constitution. POTUS, SCOTUS and Congress are created equal. Only SCOTUS required by Constitution all other courts are inferior courts created by Congress and as such they are NOT equal to POTUS and have no authority over POTUS. Trump accepts those courts because he wants to NOT because he has to. Look back thru history, many US Presidents have rightly ignored these inferior courts. Power corrupts, these little district judges get a life appointment and begin to believe they are in charge, Trump has Constitutional right to ignore them as his predecessors have, The question is does Trump have the backbone to move forward against these illegitimate forces. To date the answer is NO. You don't have to teach ME about the co equal branches of government. Go teach that Cortez idiot. Regardless, Trump believes in the rule of law (don't have a country without it) and that was pretty evident in his campaigning. So, I'm not surprised he follows their rulings, but, he does fight them...all the way to the SC. The ultimate law in the United Staes is the US Constitution which vest POTUS with both authority and responsibility to defend the borders of the United States. additional Trump can use federal law. Section 212(f) of the INA is arguably the broadest and best known of these authorities. It provides, in relevant part, that Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Time for Trump to show some backbone and defend the american people.
