The talking heads on Fox are already saying all spending is legislative and the military was not allotted funds to build the wall. So, that is the reason that will be used in the courts.

Courts are just an excuse Trump uses on gullible Trumptards. Read the US Constitution. POTUS, SCOTUS and Congress are created equal. Only SCOTUS required by Constitution all other courts are inferior courts created by Congress and as such they are NOT equal to POTUS and have no authority over POTUS. Trump accepts those courts because he wants to NOT because he has to. Look back thru history, many US Presidents have rightly ignored these inferior courts. Power corrupts, these little district judges get a life appointment and begin to believe they are in charge, Trump has Constitutional right to ignore them as his predecessors have, The question is does Trump have the backbone to move forward against these illegitimate forces. To date the answer is NO. Sure he can. It will just give the Dems another reason to use the media against him and advance their "impeachment" cause, whether justified or NOT.
