President has immense Constitutional authority to use 1 million active military and $700 BILLION budget to defend the United States--that is his primary Constitutional duty. A few $ Billion for concrete and steel from military funds to provide construction materials to Army Combat Engineer wall construction is a drop in the bucket. DOD moves and reallocates $ Billions every day based on operations needs and changing threat assessments--which include an alarming number of potential terrorists from Bangladesh, Afghanistan, etc etc countries that are know harbors of anti American terrorists, who are crossing southern border into the United States..

These incursions of US southern border are well known (but classified) by US intelligence and obviously by Border Patrol on the ground. Trump could easily use national defense as justification to fund Army Combat Engineers building wall on border IF HE WANTED but, like Obama and Bush before him, Trump has opted to take a "see no evil" attitude because openly admitting these issues would upset the public who would force action and curtail the flow of mass immigration demanded by corporations (money donors) and globalists.

I spent some years as a combat arms officer supporting border missions against the old soviet block in europe and later against north korea, spent months on us southern border ( I know border security) then a graduate school fellowship in a STEM field at the most expensive university in the usa to include graduate coursework in federal acquisition regulations and contracting to prepare me for multiple years in the pentagon with every known security clearance, managed, developed and or worked on 100s million dollar procurement contracts, believe I am well founded in federal budgeting and appropriations.

I used to be responsible for a major agency's submission to the President's Budget, and the resulting machinations to get that budget passed. Have also testified before the Senate Appropriations Committee.

I also have more degrees than a thermometer, and have zero need to outline my comprehensive list of quals. Just not that insecure.

One more thing -- if you truly held those security clearances, you would not be spouting such here. That you held the clearances you claim to have held, is classified information, in, and of, itself. Every known clearance? You are lying, or need to step away from the keyboard, right
