Taom I been thinking today a little about the information found on this thread. I thought about different terms to interpret what I think been going on.
Upper earth can be also called heaven / higher realm / greater reality.
Chaol being located in the heavens.
Chaol in upper earth (heavens) could be interpreted as higher self / god / spirit guide.
Your journey has been an interactive documented case of a person interactions with the higher self interacting with lower self.
As higher(upper-earth) self #1 and lower earth self #2 binary relationship.
Player #1 upper earth / Player #2 in lower earth.
Player #1 = subconscious / Player #2 = conscious
Although it seems many have lost the interpretation of who we really are through the thickness of the deception fog.
Would sound silly to say Chaol is god. But if we all had a Chaol(an upper earth counter-part), then we would all be considered to have a relationship to 'God'.

The way my 'Chaol' would talk to me would be in a way that I would only remember.. Structure and patterns relative to my surroundings... Behind the fog of chaos, once the chaos dissipates I can begin to see or 'hear' the communication from upper earth? Perhaps acknowledge it and learn to interpret it as a source of order.
If my assumption are off track feel free to point me back on track.
I think the communication is only there but the fog of Chaos gets in the way, as you say. Clear the fog and the communication becomes more directly.
But, as I've been saying, as humans we naturally
choose this fog. The agents of chaos are just giving us what we want, more or less. All of the evil that happens on this Earth is the result of the choices that we continue to make.
It could be as simple as (in my personal opinion):
-Limiting screen time (ideally, no screen time, or as little as possible... especially not within 3 hours before bed)
-Eating fresh foods and ingredients (not processed)
-Drinking water without fluoride
-Walking (most of the exercise that is shown on media seems to be a deception that kills cells)
-Talking to strangers (and, of course, loved ones)
-Realizing that you're probably wrong about everything that you know and hold dear, with a willingness to begin anew (perhaps the hardest)
-Realize that there is a better side of you, literally
That's all that is needed to clear the fog, I think. But again, it's my personal opinion.
