It could be as simple as (in my personal opinion):

-Limiting screen time (ideally, no screen time, or as little as possible... especially not within 3 hours before bed)
-Eating fresh foods and ingredients (not processed)
-Drinking water without fluoride
-Walking (most of the exercise that is shown on media seems to be a deception that kills cells)
-Talking to strangers (and, of course, loved ones)
-Realizing that you're probably wrong about everything that you know and hold dear, with a willingness to begin anew (perhaps the hardest)
-Realize that there is a better side of you, literally

That's all that is needed to clear the fog, I think. But again, it's my personal opinion.

This is a great post. Thanks!

- I find limiting screen time hard. I would have litterally have to kick the habit. I work as a programmer, so 8hrs of screen time a day is a given.

- i live on bread, cheese, chocolate, peanut butter, jam, orange juice and ready made meals. All processed food. Could you give some pointers to a healthier diet? This, to me, is the hardest one.

- i drink mostly orange juice and tea. Is tap water to be trusted? Also I use toothpaste without fluoride but I mistrust what they put into it as a replacement. I read a bit about using baking soda instead but have not switched or tried yet.

- I walk way to little. Great idea to ramp that up.

- as a loner I find it hard to talk to strangers, other than the cassier at the grocery store. Most of my contacts I speak online.

- realizing I am wrong about everything does sound as one of the less hard things...

- and with a better side of me, you mean the counterpart in the other earth?
