This pinched sciatica nerve is no joke
Quoting: LKing If you are having leg pain from the sciatic nerve, it is beneficial to take the leg that is being affected, and raise it up into your chest as far as you can to help release it. It is best not to be forceful. Just pull your leg up gently. Do this as many times and as much as you can, as this helps relieve the pressure that is occuring on the nerve.  Is that some sort of joke? Ooor?? I wanted a Laugh red not good advice! Nope. Sorry. Was trying to be helpful. Humor is good, though. Laughter is the best medicine!  So...no jokes?
