Fox News: Judge Napolitano says "We learned today that prosecutors have evidence that the President of the United States committed a felony"
Fox News legal analyst Andrew Napolitano said the American public "learned" on Wednesday that federal prosecutors have evidence President Trump committed a crime.

"Career prosecutors here in New York have evidence that the president of the United States committed a felony by ordering and paying Michael Cohen to break the law,” Napolitano said while speaking on Fox News.

“How do we know that? They told that to the federal judge. Under the rules, they can’t tell that to the federal judge unless they actually have that hardcore evidence. Under the rules, they can’t tell that to the federal judge unless they intend to do something with that evidence."

So, we have hard evidence that Oblahblah and company committed multiple felonies. They even acknowledged same by paying the largest fine in US history (for doing much worse, and that assumes the President actually directed the use of campaign funds to pay off horse face).

So, we now have an acknowledged liar testifying that is what happened (which is the “evidence”) while facing countless other charges that would otherwise put him in prison for life. Hmmmmm...

Of course this is BS, but the deep state will move to indict President Trump for the BS charges, and they will not wait until he is out of office.

They have no choice because their time is almost up. They know Trump is moving to expose them.

If the deep state doesn't try anything they can now, it will be too late for them.

So buckle up. This is it. The fate of our nation and civilization gets decided in the next 2 years.

BINGO!

Trump has a long history of paying people out of his own pocket to say or not say stuff, do or not do stuff. Just like all people with big money do.

Even if Trump ordered Cohen to pay the stripper to be silent, that's not a campaign finance crime if the Trump private funding streams were used. Only if the account where campaign money was keep, and there is hard evidence that Trump ordered Cohen to use campaign funds, were used to silence a critic is there a felony.

They have always said that Trump knows nothing about how government and the political process works.

Now they are saying he knew exactly what he was doing, and he knew he was breaking the law, by ordering his attorney to pay these two women. And, they are saying they know that his intent was to do this to help his campaign and NOT to save his family any embarrassment.

Their whole argument is based on several guesses. Many other people have done similar and received a slap on the wrist to nothing.

OK, the bottom line...

Cohen pleaded guilty to two counts of criminality that doesn't exist anywhere in the Campaign Finance Law or criminal statues.

Why would he do this? I assume it may be because Mueller said if he pleaded guilty to a non crime, he would not prosecute Cohen for his other fraudulent activities, and in return his sentence would be severely reduced. He probably made Cohen sign an NDA on this too. The goal was to once again make Trump look like he is guilty. And the MSM is going crazy over it.

Trump is in the clear because a campaign expenditure under U.S. campaign finance law is explicitly defined as a expenditure “solely for campaign activity. Any supposed reimbursement Trump paid to Cohen with his own money after Cohen formed an NDA with Stormy Daniels or, any other woman whom Trump may have something embarrassing, is perfectly legal.

The key here is "Solely for Campaign Activity." If his personal reputation, business or marriage could be severely impacted. An NDA is the way to legally pay off a blackmailer.

So get over it!

Trump has hundreds of millions of dollars as discretionary/who gives a fuck money at his personal disposal. To throw a few hundred thousand at someone itching to defame him is no biggie. All celebrities and rich people get targeted by gold digger scum. All of them.
A truly smart guy like Trump would never in a million years use campaign money for this garbage. Never.

in other words, SHE WAS BLACKMAILING him, no doubt about it.

which is, in fact Illegal

you can't blackmail people for this sort of thing.
they do it all the famous gentiles, all the time

david letterman showed the whole world how to deal with it,

i'm a little surprised they let Letterman do this on air, as the blackmailer was a cbs executive. the network execs are mafia like this, but I think Letterman is actually sort of connected or something.

Napolitano changed a few years ago and wonder if it is simply due to him being anti-Trump or due to some change in his personal life - death of husband. Loss sometimes changes a persons beliefs.

Tucker is not against Trump but rather just speaking the truth about Trump not being capable of meeting his promises. I want to see Trump succeed but I am not going to lie to myself about reality.

Some pressure needs to be put on Trump from the supporters end that we are not simply going to approve of him being an establishment Republican and going along with the globalists/Neocons. Rather we want the platform he ran on.

The other "tell" in all of this is Cohen wasn't prosecuted on or found guilty on "campaign finance" law. He just made the statement to get them off his ass and get a lesser sentence.

The money Cohen used was reimbursed to Cohen and Cohen had a fund for stuff such as this. This was Trumps personal money, not campaign money. Therefore it couldn't be an illegal campaign contribution either.

All this media hype is them simply pushing a false narrative they want to push to harm the President. They don't have any evidence of what they claim. Right now all they have is a guy who has already been proven a liar, talking shit to get his sentence reduced.

Besides, Trump didn't direct a "lawyer" to break laws. He directed him to do his job and when you hire lawyers to do work for you, YOU EXPECT THEM TO DO IT LAWFULLY! Otherwise, why not just hire the damn MOB?
