They even acknowledged same by paying the largest fine in US history (for doing much worse, and that assumes the President actually directed the use of campaign funds to pay off horse face). So, we now have an acknowledged liar testifying that is what happened (which is the “evidence”) while facing countless other charges that would otherwise put him in prison for life. Hmmmmm... They have no choice because their time is almost up. They know Trump is moving to expose them. If the deep state doesn't try anything they can now, it will be too late for them. So buckle up. This is it. The fate of our nation and civilization gets decided in the next 2 years. |

Trump has a long history of paying people out of his own pocket to say or not say stuff, do or not do stuff. Just like all people with big money do. Now they are saying he knew exactly what he was doing, and he knew he was breaking the law, by ordering his attorney to pay these two women. And, they are saying they know that his intent was to do this to help his campaign and NOT to save his family any embarrassment. Their whole argument is based on several guesses. Many other people have done similar and received a slap on the wrist to nothing. To learn who rules over you, find out who you are not allowed to criticize. Cohen pleaded guilty to two counts of criminality that doesn't exist anywhere in the Campaign Finance Law or criminal statues. Why would he do this? I assume it may be because Mueller said if he pleaded guilty to a non crime, he would not prosecute Cohen for his other fraudulent activities, and in return his sentence would be severely reduced. He probably made Cohen sign an NDA on this too. The goal was to once again make Trump look like he is guilty. And the MSM is going crazy over it. Trump is in the clear because a campaign expenditure under U.S. campaign finance law is explicitly defined as a expenditure “solely for campaign activity. Any supposed reimbursement Trump paid to Cohen with his own money after Cohen formed an NDA with Stormy Daniels or, any other woman whom Trump may have something embarrassing, is perfectly legal. The key here is "Solely for Campaign Activity." If his personal reputation, business or marriage could be severely impacted. An NDA is the way to legally pay off a blackmailer. So get over it! |

To throw a few hundred thousand at someone itching to defame him is no biggie. All celebrities and rich people get targeted by gold digger scum. All of them. A truly smart guy like Trump would never in a million years use campaign money for this garbage. Never. |

Napolitano changed a few years ago and wonder if it is simply due to him being anti-Trump or due to some change in his personal life - death of husband. Loss sometimes changes a persons beliefs. Tucker is not against Trump but rather just speaking the truth about Trump not being capable of meeting his promises. I want to see Trump succeed but I am not going to lie to myself about reality. Some pressure needs to be put on Trump from the supporters end that we are not simply going to approve of him being an establishment Republican and going along with the globalists/Neocons. Rather we want the platform he ran on. Last Edited by mikerock on 12/13/2018 10:30 PM |

The other "tell" in all of this is Cohen wasn't prosecuted on or found guilty on "campaign finance" law. He just made the statement to get them off his ass and get a lesser sentence. The money Cohen used was reimbursed to Cohen and Cohen had a fund for stuff such as this. This was Trumps personal money, not campaign money. Therefore it couldn't be an illegal campaign contribution either. All this media hype is them simply pushing a false narrative they want to push to harm the President. They don't have any evidence of what they claim. Right now all they have is a guy who has already been proven a liar, talking shit to get his sentence reduced. Besides, Trump didn't direct a "lawyer" to break laws. He directed him to do his job and when you hire lawyers to do work for you, YOU EXPECT THEM TO DO IT LAWFULLY! Otherwise, why not just hire the damn MOB? One of the penalties for refusing to participate in politics is that you end up being governed by your inferiors. Plato |
