No search warrant without probably cause, with specific evidence, I'd politely tell LEO NOT WITHOUT proper warrant. Come back with one with reasons and specific property for warrant. Let them know it's upon your attorney's advise and unconstitutional and cant' enter private residence without proper supernal documentation.

Um good luck with that. Apparently you've never dealt with law enforcement. They do whatever they want and rarely get told "no" at a later date by the court.

They can come take mine. I will gladly exercise my 2nd amendment rights by giving them first all the bullets from within my magazine, one at a time, followed by the spent cartridges as they fall on the ground.

I've worked as former CAP (civilian assisting police). Unless they serve you a valid warrant, you can them to fuck off until they present you valid court ordered warrant. Regardless of "welfare state" or similar they try to trick you with. Police have no authority to search person or residence without probable cause.
