That was the most advanced rifle of the day. Those will soon be the only rifles allowed by the Ruling Class as they were around when the bill of rights went into effect. They are still good enough to use to get an upgrade. |

Nothing will happen politicians love making laws but really how many are actually ever enforced? And really all they have to do is show one house being raided for anything. Make a point of arresting for the mags then you will see a line at the police station the next morning of idiots turning in their mags. But this will be used to add fines and jail time to dumb asses that have contact with LE. And when neighbors ex wife's etc... start snitching on those with high cap mags the problem will be solved quick. Look at it like this the people elected the retards that made this law so they deserve what they get. Cant argue with that. The people asked for this. |

Pooka User ID: 36721404 United States 12/14/2018 03:24 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Do we have any NJ posters here? Would love to hear from someone whom this might affect - to see what their reaction is and what they think they might do. What could we as a community do? If state residents raised enough Hades, they could prevent this from happening. For example, if they take it to the state Attorney General pointing out it this action contravenes the United States Constitution. Someone who can afford it hire an attorney and get a class action law suit going. Anything which makes a great deal of noise about this will help. It can force the issue and have the new law repealed. However, that has to start immediately, before they have a chance to act on it by knocking on the first door. I wish you success, New Jersey! Now get busy and do it! Ken is my real name User ID: 76167150 United States 12/14/2018 03:59 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | A New Jersey law that makes it a felony to possess a gun magazine capable of holding over 10 rounds of ammunition is now active. Quoting: Fight The Power This wildly unconstitutional law instantly criminalizes hundreds of thousands of New Jersey citizens who legally acquired normal capacity firearms magazines - which include 17-round pistol magazines and 30-round rifle magazines - as tools of self-defense against the very same violent criminals that are protected by the Democrats who passed the gun magazine ban. Now, the New Jersey State Police have told Breitbart News they won’t rule out “house-to-house enforcement” of the new magazine ban, meaning they plan to conduct house-to-house arrests and gun magazine confiscations. These Nazi-style anti-gun operations will, of course, be carried out at gunpoint, further underscoring the entire purpose of the Second Amendment and the need for citizens to arm themselves with 30-round magazines to defend against government tyranny. Breitbart News contacted New Jersey State Police on Monday to ask how they planned to enforce the newly enacted ban, reports Breitbart.com. “The NJ State Police refused to rule out house-to-house checks. Rather, they responded: ‘We do not discuss enforcement strategies.'” [link to www.zerohedge.com (secure)] Has Jersey gone full retard? Tyranny Ken My personal thoughts & posts are mine alone. I Love God, Jesus, good people, and the U.S.A. the way the Framers signed the Constitution and Bill of Rights. In my real world life I don't have a problem with standing up to those with solid evidence of corruption from either side, of any issue or place. Many are they in this world that need to be rooted out. That makes me a target to be destroyed by very powerful people, I understand this. At some point we have to stand up for what is right before God. I have done this, lived this way, and will continue to do so till they finish me off or I croak of natural causes. |
