The petition tally should be well over 330K by the time the various petitions are debated.

The question is, how the various petitions are worded and exposed for debate and how any exposure and results in the "Hall" will be related and relevant to the main floor of the House.

With some reason, they don't believe Theresa May will ever go for a 'no-deal' Brexit. And even if she did, they think it's worth risking recession throughout Europe if that's what's necessary to teach the Brexiting Brits a lesson.
