How is your current health?
How does this affect your every day living and social relations with others, and what type of hope do you have for the future?

I haven't quite been feeling myself lately and I'm not sure if this will ever get better so I thought perhaps some would share their stories here.

Hope for future is long term seen not something in flash expected at all, I usually never hope for a immediate present now moment for anything.
What I hope for is more about my own self sticking to my own plans. Kind of like a driver of desire and will to keep it up and see through.

Health is as expected I am not looking for any differences as far as change goes. I do better by not paying it any attention.
Why let it have me by having my mind and attention turned to it?

Social relations are not relevant unto me as like some kind of program to follow or expectation to meet up to.

Weather effects my daily living like being snowed and iced in for days effects it. Inside at least you can do things so it is not incapacitating at all, just limits your area of movement to inside the house.
The most precious things are the simple things in life, always present in the simplest of minds.

You are full of shit: If your pipes are backed up, there can be no flow except backwards. Treat yourself to a Colonic or two and take Miralax for a while. Your intestines might be stretched out and need to tighten back up from too many large stools stuck in there for too long.

Finally, if none of that improves your situation, you should consider a fast. I never felt better than 14 days of Master Cleanse, there are better fasts out there now, do some research and give it a go.

Prepare bags/boxes for donation to goodwill and or the dumpster. Keep only what you use and what you need. Don't be a warehouse, just be a house :)

Since I retired, I'm working twice as hard as ever before. I've been on a low carb diet for years, and started intermittent fasting about a year ago. I did the three day fast to restart my immune system, then moved to the intermittent fast. I feel great, except for old injuries. If I had known I would live so long, I would have taken better care of my body.
An old friend of mine started the low carb diet a couple years ago, and started intermittent fasting a couple months ago. He was very over weight, and had insulin dependent diabetes. I saw him yesterday, and he has lost a lot of weight, and has stopped checking his blood sugar, because he hasn't needed any insulin for weeks. Fasting works! Add in the low carb diet, and it works miracles. Keep in mind that all plant based fats turn to poison when heated, so stick with animal based fats and oils for cooking. Yes, your grandmother was right, lard is best for cooking.
Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.

Try the Mari Kondo system of organization - I'm a recent convert !

Folding your clothes so you can "file" them in containers on drawers - and know what you have easily

Kon Mari 30-day Challenge people are doing - lots of YT's on it
Toss 1 thing Day 1 ... 2 Day 2... 30 Day 30 (usually DVD's by then )

Others pile EVERYTHING from ALL closets in the living room - and separate to HALF or less left - put back in place where it belongs - a whole house clearing - great with people saving "stuff" or little ones toys

I NEVER thought I would do the Kon Mari Folding - but Now I can't stop!
I got 10 skirts in one shoe box in a drawer ... ! I got 4 of these plastic shoeboxes in that one drawer! Shorts in another! Biking and hiking clothes in another. Dressy silks in another - the drawer isn't stuffed when I open it !
