He campaigned on that.

Its all of them, republican and some democrats alike who refused to do this.

It's hilarious that Obama argued that the individual mandate was necessary for the law to survive. Now that the individual mandate is gone, the law can't survive.

What does this mean exactly? Hasn't it been ruled this before? I doubt nothing will change.

If he does a "strong" Medicare then he needs to do for all, not just select "migrants", etc.

The judge said that the individual mandate is unconstitutional, and therefore the remainder of the bill is unserviceable, making the it invalid. If this hold up in the Supreme Court, that will be the end of Obama-care and Medicaid expansion. This is a very good thing, but I still want to see Congress do their jobs and repeal every word of the (un)ACA just to make sure some of the more obscure parts don't come back to haunt us in the future. It includes many very bad details that have the potential to used against us.
