It's not unnatural for those who are discontent with their environment to wish for the world to burn instead of changing their circumstance.
People have been saying the same thing for years OP, your "feeling" is about as valid as any other. Is there troubled waters on the horizon? Absolutely. Trying to give it a time and place only serves your ego.
