But do know good people aren't blind. We pretty much agree the culprits are the thieves. Those days are ending fast where criminals are pampered and even rewarded for criminal behavior.

There once was a time people had their hands cut off for theft. Any manner of prosecution is possible when society has had enough.



You can argue a legal point. But morally, those thieves deserve prosecution and this engineer should be commended for his ingenuity and compassion to not harm but still send a message.

That message is, "don't steal my stuff!"
