Well, I took the time to actually read the bill and I see nothing promoting pedos so would someone point me to the text of the bill with this language in it?

I know, after 10+ years here, that EVERYONE reads the source and does not spout off using emotions instead of facts and logic.

I am a grandfather and 100% against all the LBGQTWXYZ crap. That said I don't see what OP is contending with this thread.
