Aspartame causes seizures, especially at higher altitudes. Pilots are warned not to use it.

It always gave me migraines, so I avoid it. I think a lot of people get headaches from it, but never make the association. They just pop advils like candy.

Many people are addicted to it and don't know it. Sad.
