Judge Sullivan in Flynn case instantly GOES INSANE !!!

"Judge Sullivan had the authority to vacate Flynn's guilty plea and throw the case out of court; he didn't. Instead, he demanded more documents from Mueller. General Flynn was given every opportunity and encouragement to withdraw his guilty plea; he didn't. Judge Sullivan knew that a violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act wasn't treason; he suggested it anyway, then walked back his suggestion, but the genie is out of the bottle.
What is the logical result of all three mysterious actions? If Flynn's guilty plea had been vacated, Judge Sullivan wouldn't have had authority to demand further documents. Because Judge Sullivan used the word "treason," such low IQ mockingbirds as Joe, Mika, and Chris will repeat it for a week and fix it in the public mind. Then, when Tony Podesta, Hillary Clinton, and others are charged with more egregious violations of FARA, the public will have been prepared for it and the mockingbirds won't be able to walk back on it.
I don't know if that's what Judge Sullivan had in mind, but that's the most likely future result.

I hope you're right. All I know is my first reaction to hearing this as it all went down, coupled with the Trump foundation news right after was a little gulp in my throat of wonder - what if they're all bad and our country is lost forever.

There was never any intention to sentence Flynn yesterday.

Imagine being wheeled Hannibal Lechter style to the edge of an abyss and being told this is where you are going if you don’t cooperate and lie for us.

Coercion, intimidation, that is what that shit show circus was all about.

Maybe the judge was speaking prophecy. "Sold out your country," and Disgust and disdain," was it? Dpoesn't make sense that any of that applied to the case Flynn was supposed to be sentenced for. Wasn't it for lying to the FBI?

Who got accused, formally, by a couple of "whistle-blowers," last week of operating as a foreign agent while serving as SoS, and having failed to file FARA?

Notice the judge came back and apologized as he then "realized" Flynn's FARA had ended before he got into the White House.

Granted I may not know what I'm talking about.

Could it be that the judge wanted Flynn to revoke his plea because since he plead guilty, it gave the Trump team the right to Discovery?

Could the discovery issue be the reason that the judge acted like that? The whole thing made no sense to me.
