You are conflating interest rates and sourcing capital. The banksters will just print more and give it to themselves. They alone can't run out of money. If the interest rates go up, big deal, they'll just print more money to cover it.

The only way to do it is audit the federal reserve via the military, confiscate all their assets, rope them all up even future generations should be eradicated as an example.
