The complaints together allege Kavanaugh violated the code of conduct for federal judges, but the court said since he has now been elevated to the Supreme Court the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act no longer applies to him. The law only covers circuit, district, bankruptcy and magistrate judges. “Neither the act nor the rules apply to justices of the United States Supreme Court,” Chief Circuit Judge Timothy Tymkovich, a George W. If someone goes in there for an std test or treatment related to stds or treatment for any kind of girl problems, Medicaid covers that. ( Medicaid in most states does NOT cover abortion, some states do. It is illegal for states to use federal money to pay for abortions. This case had nothing to do with the abortion side of PP. at least that’s how I understood it.... ). Right now, States cannot pick out specific organizations like PP and exclude them for reimbursement for those std/women’s health services - it’s illegal to pick choose or exclude - this case was looking to change that. The problem with the case is PP is legally “qualified” to render those services.....so....case dismissed. I’ll be clear I HATE PLANNED PARENTHOOD. Not only do I hate them for their abortions, I hate them for their so called women’s services - they don’t profit there, so they don’t really take care of their patients. We’ll get there....they need to be investigated. There’s malpractice and negligence at the core of that organization. Once we get a thorough careful (properly funded) investigation, we will have a case against them. |
