Here is your proof. Go outside set up a chair and look up. I live in Michigan. I can watch them turn it off and on. I have seen them do it so many times that i can predict the spot in the air they turn it on daily. But whatever.

I have never seen a tanker plane that was not WHITE also.. they don't carry brand names in the painting of them.
