I am a huge 2A , NRA, and Trump supporter, and I am supremely pissed.
They all abandoned me.

That doesn't mean I am going to stop fighting for my rights.

The authoritarian left won another little slice of the pie.

Funny, they always talk about 'compromise' and never sacrifice anything.

The second amendment states that you have the right to bear ARMS, not bump stocks and unnecessary arms modifications. Bump stocks are useless in combat, waste bullets, and make it too easy for any insane idiot to shoot up crowds of people.

NOBODY needs a bump stock for self-defense, hunting, or sporting. The entire reason why you guys are so obsessed with your second amendment is so that a 'well-regulated militia can keep the government in check', but nobody will ever use a bump stock to wage civil war, even if it came to that. Accurate shot placement is better than 'spray and pray' every time(especially to the poor schmucks standing near and behind your target).

So why worry about a useless novelty toy that can easily be used to kill dozens of people and has no legit use besides 'it's fun'?

And for the record, the second amendment never took into account automatic weapons because they didn't exist at the time, so it may need to be amended.

Laws have always been amended and changed. What is so special about your constitution that you believe it is too sacred to change? Did God Himself write it? I don't think he did. Humans wrote it, and human laws don't mean much to me.

DO you think the constitution should be exactly the same 100 or 200 years from now? That a document written hundreds of years ago should be eternally binding?

My rights come from God, not humans.

This was as predictable as can be for those who understand how President Trump operates.

The Dems get a bone to chew on while all the real work is being done. It will let them pretend to be stalwart defenders of the Constitution for a minute while baiting them to expose themselves as serial hypocrites they really are. Then It will go to the Supreme Court and be ruled unconstitutional. Then the liberals will be revealed to be the false-alarm calling morons they are... again.

I'm still waiting for someone to point out one thing Dems got right in 2 years. They can't get their story straight from one news cycle to the next.

No One can rely on SCOTUS ruling properly anymore. They are corrupted, biased, politicians. They are exactly what they are NOT supposed to be.
