I don't primarily reply for his benefit. Although he does read it and gets really pissed. I see a lie, or a misrepresentation of data, and I respond.

I listed the three probabilities and then I ranked them by efficacy/likelihood.

Suffering from a mania, less than 50:50 due to quality of the posts in terms of working links, relevance, grammar, construction of thesis, etc. Pro-Big Pharma looks the most likely as they have the most to fear from the cannabis industry, but if it is them the old 'you catch more flies with honey' theory isn't being used very effectively, in fact even if I were neutral about the subject these kind of posts would more than likely drive me over to the 'if this guy hates it so much it must be okay' side of the argument and that's not what a paying customer would want, results-wise.

Now as far as antipathy goes OP has clearly developed an anti-cult vibe turning more people on to grass as to away from it. So who benefits in that situation?

You quoted an article that intentionally misrepresented the findings of the study.

I take diazapam, not much 2mg when needed for spasms and not everyday sometimes not for weeks. Never felt any addiction or withdrawal.

Kind of odd that you would consider anecdotal evidence to support your particular drug of choice and reject scientific research which would counter you claim.

And if you are still using a diazapram protocol to treat epilepsy you're about eight to ten years behind the research. There are far more efficacious programs available for your symptoms, maybe research that a little bit.

I think that's the only downside to cannabis - your dream state where your subconscious mind processes information - a bit here and there fine - but it will stunt your growth. You'll notice it with a real man next to a pot-head. Mentally leagues apart.

Two reasons for that. You're taking it for a physical symptom, not a mental one. And you do not take it that often.

If you were to take it every day, and it was your 'crutch' for social interactions (which it is for most people) then the addiction fully kicks in. The reason the withdrawl is horrible is that your mind floods you with even more anxiety/all sorts of bad thoughts and feelings in an effort to get you to take a benzo again. I was on the damn things for 4 years or so, it was a low dose, but the withdrawl was a serious pain in the ass. The good news is anyone can beat it.

A friend of mine was in a fancy rehab facility for coke... there were heroine, alcoholics, and benzo addicts there. He said the opiate people were fine, but the benzo people consistently had outburts, could barely look anyone in the eye etc. It's one hell of a drug and way too over prescribed.
