I think that there is prepositioning going on. Bringing troops home indicates to me that there is a good chance of martial law in our future.

I'm still concerned to hear patriots calling for that. It's a very tricky wicket and no fun to be under martial law.

Trump wants to bring troops home and spend those resources helping America.
