They recently changed (this year being 2016) the way they are labeling the longitude. They aren't using negative numbers now. What was once -170 is now 190.
Take the longitude from 2015 for example (199.975). The old system as shown on the map above would have it located near -160. (-160 is now called 200)
The bottom of the map is the 180 degree line. According to ngdc.noaa.gov, our planet's magnetic pole will cross over the 180 degree longitude line between the years 2018 and 2019." Quoting: Skippy
