If you recently tried to access your gmail under a different IP or your IP has changed,you could have problems getting into your gmail unless you have set up a different email in your gmail account to verify your account.When I got a new internet service my IP changed and I couldn't access any of my gmail accounts.I had to contact gmail support to get through.Make sure you have a different backup email account setup that is not a gmail connected to your gmail for security if you have a gmail account you want to keep.

That's not what is happening. I posted my IP in a thread earlier like dumbass. Someone then started hacking me and changed the password to my GLP gmail. I had the login details saved in a text file on the desktop. My IP never seems to change, its been the same numbers for years.

You realize in general, most ISP's lease out DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) IP addresses and can renewed or reassigned after the lease time expires. Unplug your ISP router for at least 5 mins, plug it back in and you will most likely have a new IP address.

It's unlikely you have a static IP address, as ISP's change more for them and usually only businesses and websites use static IP addresses.

That is the external IP address on your router to the ISP. Then there is your local private IP network, on the other side of the router, which is usually isolated by the router supplied from your ISP. Private IPv4 addresses usually start with "10.x.x.x" or "192.x.x.x". Ipv6 addresses use a similar method. Depending upon your router configuration, you can use NAT (Network Address Translation) that enable local IP addresses to be routed through the external IP address by port (1-65535).

Most likely, you have malware on your computer that is establishing the external connections.

You have two options, use a firewall or use a VPN service to block DDoS attacks or other intrusions. None of that will do any good though if you have malware, so scan your computer with malware (anti-virus) software.
