When searching on Amazon for GcMAF, it lists colostrums. Maybe they are not allowed to mention GcMAF?. Can the body get GcMAF from just colostrum?

I've just watched a recent interview with David Noakes, and he doesn't seem to think any of the GcMAF being sold by other people is any good. I've just spent the last 3 weeks thinking the original, proper stuff was still available to buy, and now I hear this. It makes sense that Noakes thinks this, because if the other places were selling the proper stuff that works, they would be shut down, just like he was.

Are there any clinics in Europe that are still giving people the proper stuff, like in Switzerland or Holland?

A recombinant form of GC (group-specific component) protein-derived macrophage-activating factor (GC-MAF) with potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, globulin component macrophage-activating factor is able to stimulate macrophages to kill cancer cells, inhibit angiogenesis and stimulate the immune system. This decreases tumor cell proliferation.

GC, also known as vitamin D binding protein (VDBP), is converted to GC-MAF by enzymes located in the membrane of B- and T-lymphocytes.

However, deglycosylated GC protein cannot be converted to GC-MAF.

Endogenous GC-MAF is often not activated in patients with cancer due to an increased activity of nagalase (also called alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase), an enzyme secreted by cancer cells that mediates the deglycosylation of GC; thus preventing macrophage activation and mmunosuppression.

Cancer cells specifically keep producing this enzyme in order to advance their progression by inhibiting immune system activation by specifically stopping the vitamin D binding protein from being able to activate the immune response via macrophages which then produce the killer cells

The test measures the activity of an enzyme α-N-acetylgalactosaminidase (nagalase) in blood.

Nagalase is an extracellular matrix-degrading enzyme that is secreted by cancerous cells in the process of tumor invasion. It is also an intrinsic component of the envelope protein of various virions, such as HIV and the influenza virus. Thus, it is also secreted from virus-infected cells1,3,4.

Nagalase deglycosylates the vitamin D3-binding protein DBP (also known as Gc-protein). Gc-protein, which contains three sugars, is the precursor for the major macrophage-activating factor (MAF). By complete deglycosylation, Gc-protein can no longer be converted to MAF.

Normally, MAF is produced from the Gc-protein by sequential removal of the galactose and sialic acid without touching the remaining sugar N-acetylgalactosamine.

Macrophage activation for phagocytosis and antigen presentation is the first step in the immune development cascade. Lost precursor activity, therefore, leads to immune suppression.

Increased nagalase activity has been detected in the blood of patients with a wide variety of cancers like cancer of the prostate, breast, colon, lung, esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas, kidney, bladder, testis, uterus, and ovary, mesothelioma, melanoma, fibrosarcoma, glioblastoma, neuroblastoma, and various leukemias1,3,4. For various types of tumors, various levels of nagalase activity were found7. It appears that the secretory capacity of individual tumor tissue varies among tumor types depending upon tumor size, staging, and the degree of malignancy or invasiveness7. Increased nagalase activity has not been detected in the blood of healthy individuals1.

Nagalase activity is directly proportional to viable tumor burden1,2. Studies correlating nagalase levels with tumor burden suggest that the measurement of this enzyme can diagnose the presence of cancerous lesions below levels detectable by other diagnostic means1.

In research studies, nagalase activity decreased to near tumor-free control levels one day after surgical removal of primary tumors from cancer patients, suggesting that the half-life of nagalase is less than 24 hours1,6. The short half-life of nagalase is valuable for prognosis of the disease during various therapies1,5.

Test indications
Nagalase in blood is a sensitive test for monitoring the efficacy of therapy in cancer and certain viral infections, including HIV and recently HSV-1/2. Because of the short half-life of nagalase, the method is suitable for monitoring various types of therapy. The great sensitivity of the test may help the physician / oncologist in obtaining a better understanding of the therapy and to fine-tune the treatment.

I wonder. People with cancer would need to take the GcMAF, not the colostrum + vitamin D precursors if they still had tumors giving off nagalase enzyme?

Thank you! Do you know if anyone with cancer has had success taking colostrum + vitamin D, even though they have elevated nagalase? I know that the Budwig diet (vegan diet + flax oil/yogurt smoothies) is keeping people with stage 4 cancer alive. They die, though, if they go off the diet. The addition of colostrum would seem like a complimentary addition to this protocol if any of it (despite the nagalase) was converted to gcMAF. Even if just a little got through, the healing might be faster and more complete.

Colostrum is good but gcmaf is only found in small amounts in colostrum.

The Budwig diet sounds good but I have not researched it.

With cancer one must not eat sugar or carbs because cancer uses sugar as fuel.

The cancer drug DCA is researched and its mechanism of action is to restore normal cell metabolism.

Cancer cells use a kinda of metabolism that uses alto of sugar and produces lactic acid. It is a kind of fermentaion.

This is why the body rapidly acidifies and one with cancer needs to alkalize with sodium bicarbonate. Magnesium bicarbonate. Chlorophyl and wheat grass.

Wheat grass contains high amounts of catalase a critical liver enzyme which degrades h202. The body needs glutathione antioxidant and catalase enzyme to maintain health by preventing rapid cell death from oxidative stress.

Cancer cells do not have catalase enzyme and therefore IV. Vitamin C therapy is given 2 times a week to kill cancer cells. Cancer cells rapidly take up vitamin c because its molecule is similar to sugar but in the cell vitamin c turns to h202 and cancer cells die (apoptosis) because they cannot degrade h202.

Is Noakes connected to the clinic in Switzerland? I watched an interview with the great man last night, and he doesn't seem to think any of the GcMAF being sold by other people is any good. Makes sense, when you think about it, because if it was the real deal, wouldn't the powers that be would shut them down, like Noakes was shut down? What about the clinic in Holland that I've heard about as well?

I've spent the last 2 or 3 weeks thinking Noakes was still selling GcMAF, and I was saving up to buy some for my mum, who went to hospital for a C.T. scan last week, but hasn't had the results yet, and I only found out last night that he no longer sells it. I wonder if there's any way I could get hold of some? Noakes is probably too scared to agree to sell some secretly, in case he's set up.

By the way, what do people think of the other supposed cures, like MMS, Burzynski, Hoxsey, DCA and even baking soda?
