Now that we have an actual good economy, rates have to go up, so wall street sells. So, bad is good for the market, and, good is bad for the market.

Its still not a good sign. Volatility is not good and that what we are getting. Stocks gain today but I bet it wont stay that way. I was watching the ticker and saw "AMD" at $16.13 per share. Wanted to buy, but didn't have the money. Then I saw that someone bought 6000 shares and the price started to pop. AMD is currently at $17.46 and that person made over $7000 today...
