What Comes AFTER COMMUNISM?

The conditions which were present when the Republic was established:

1) self sufficient white men who desired to live as free men
2) Self sufficient white men, god fearing and heads of families
3) Self sufficient white men who would risk all for their families, life and honor
4) self sufficient white men who understood and respected the need for government and the rule of law
5) self sufficient white men

no longer exist. Weren't many Republics in the history of the world to start with.
