Myself just quit after 5 years as I was becoming suicidal severely. I was entering early psychosis and schizophrenia.

And as you may or may not have noted, many of us aren't here "defending cannabis..." we don't need to. It's OP's personal crusade of lies, half baked tabloid articles and studies that have been disproven several times that are the objection. In fact, many have tried to go GENTLE with OP... who is then abusive and attacks.

So by all means, I agree that in people that are already genetically predisposed for certain psychoses, marijuana can be detrimental... just like opioids / narcotics, alcohol, and other substances that are psychoactive.

But when someone talks about the evil of marijuana while extolling the virtues of opioids, over a TWENTY YEAR PERIOD, you can't even entertain that as serious.

And again, while I'm very sorry about YOUR experience, the millions that are experiencing life changing pain and suffering relief would argue with you. I won't, as I firmly feel that YMMV, but I wouldn't suggest to someone suffering from MS or other chronic pain that their pot is a bad thing.

Francis' motives for posting are not about marijuana nor it's effects. It is just a sad little excuse of a human being who has nothing to offer. In fact by its own admission, it has NEVER contributed at all. Only been a parasite off the good will of society.

Sorry to hear marijuana was not a viable option for you. Please keep getting the help you need from whatever sources help you best. I would never condemn a person for seeking pain relief from wherever it can be found.

I was a business owner for 10 years until I could not stand or sit for long and we decided to sell up. You know nothing with your insane rants. I have to spend most of my day on a recliner chair constantly changing positions because I cannot stay in the same position for long due to pain. Do you really think I want to be like this? The only joy I get in my life after I get over the agony of traveling and flying is holidaying or vacation as you Yanks say 3-4 times a year and seeing the world.
