Clear your mind and focus on someone, control yourself and be still. you want to deepen your psychic ability right? well this is what I've found that works, although everyone's different, what may work for me might not necessarily work for you, just saying... use me as an example, you can't see me right? now, when you imagine me, what do you imagine me doing? well when I imagine someone, I automatically assume/know they are alive, I assume they are doing some form or kind of task, I assume they are breathing! with that given, think of that person breathing, than focus on your own breathing while thinking about them. try to render/imagine what they are doing, the possibilities could be endless! eating, sleeping, working, dirty stuff, feeding their pets, going for a walk, playing a game; you name it! (right now I'm posting on GLP and sitting on the couch with the tv off and my roommates dog is in her kennel and I'm wearing a blue shirt with dog hair on it some blue basketball shorts with white on the side and some sandals while sitting in my apartment while thinking about smoking a cigarette!) render that image of them doing what it is you think they are doing, what are they wearing take other things into account what's the scene like where they are at? are they outside inside with friends family? are they thinking or talking? more than likely, they are! try to synchronize energies, think about them and imagine what their scene is like, reality isn't perfect so tone down your imagining of them, they could be picking their nose or something like that and you could be imagining them like a saint or something, get realistic in your imagination but don't over do it! if you imagine them doing something you don't think they would be doing question that! why did you imagine them doing that thing in the first place? a lot of us are intuitively psychic so our first guess doesn't mean you're wrong but may actually be your intuition telling you that is what they are doing!
