The only way they are to be viewed is through the crosshairs of a scope.

They are vermin and our city is worse off for taking them in.
They are the most cowardly race I have ever met. They walk around in large groups intimidating everyone. They will look for prey and rob and bash them and the police will do nothing.
Even if they somehow manage to arrest one, they are let out on bail with an apology. Most of the ones offending are on multiple bails!
Its getting crazy here and its all going to boil over very soon. What they dont realize is that the only thing keeping them alive is the police. Once the hounds are unleashed, there wont be any of them left. The ones that survive will live in fear and beg to be allowed to go to the shithole they got crapped out from.
