It's because its a points based system and if you don't score enough then you are fit for work. Just because someone has cancer doesn't mean they are disabled enough to reach the required score on the points system. I don't agree with it though and it should go back to when Doctors decided if you where fit enough to work for disability benefits not these sham assessors . I have my next medical in Jan and I will be told not fit for any work as always.
