Since the link says it is for Apollo 11, then it is impossible it is the one used on Apollo 17 that tracked the liftoff. You aren't even trying to understand, are you? Seems there's a video showing apollo blasting off from the moon, and the camera follows apollo as it goes up. Were there robotics that moved the camera, to follow apollo as it blasted into the moon's atmosphere? It was remotely controlled from Houston by Ed Fendell, the same guy that controlled it during the EVAs previously.
