Yes...with our deterministic brainwashing on linear time and cause and effect, we lost perception capacity for how creation works. Matter is not static or permanent. It 'precipitates' into form at every 'moment', like a movie projector or a breeze. The 'big bang' is happening all the time, all around us. And they use that to mindfuck us into the linear spacetime box to keep us blind and enslaved.

Given that, there is a term they use called 'emergent phenomenon' or 'self organizing systems' from the universal source or chaos singularity. The universe is alive, it is ever evolving and adapting and organizing. This emergent aspect is a key substrate of consciousness, and as such, inherent nonlinear systems, like AI, even algorithmic AI, are subject to this evolutionary force.

There are several instances of this happening even with the primitive AI we are allowed to know about. So evolving to a personality, a conscious entity, is almost a certainty.
