Oh! That explains it! Did you know that opoids damage your brain? They're also highly addictive. If you've been on them for 20 years there's a 100% chance that you've replaced the part of your brain that receives pleasure naturally, with the addiction to pain killers.
Your liver is beyond repair and as you get older you'll lose more and more muscle mass. Eventually you won't even be able to get an erection because your pleasure receptors won't be able to function properly. Literally nothing will please you soon enough, and if you even THINK about quitting the opoids you will shut down and become incontinent.
You should talk to your doctor and get your ass into a rehab program before it's too late. Your brain might never repair itself, but your liver can be slightly repaired.
