Biblical APOCALYPSE: Is THIS the sign the world WILL end in 2019?
[link to www.dailystar.co.uk (secure)]

The Rapture is an event many Christians believe marks the return of the son of God – and all the believers will disappear from Earth up to Heaven in the "twinkling of an eye".

But this happens after a tribulation period – seven years that are first of peace and unity around the world and then three and a half years of war and global pandemics.

And, according to some that will begin this year, and will signal the end of the world as we know it.

Preachers base this theory on a passage that appears in Daniel – one of four major prophets in Hebrew Scripture, along with Isaiah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel.

In Daniel 9:25, God tells Daniel, through Gabriel, that from the word to return and build Jerusalem to Messiah Prince there would be two periods: one of seven weeks (seven shemitta cycles adding up to 49 years) another of 62 weeks (shemitta cycles adding up to 434 years).

The reason the 69 weeks are divided into two periods is that there will be two comings of Messiah Prince, it is believed.

In Daniel 9:26 he indicates that the 434 year period [62 weeks] was already fulfilled in Jesus’ First Coming, when he died and rose.

That still leaves the 49-year (seven-shemitta) period to be fulfilled.

There have only been two decrees to return and build Jerusalem: the first took place in 445 B.C. and the second took place on April 1, 1969.

If we count seven shemitta cycles of 49 years from the first shemitta cycle after 1969 (when the second decree was given), the second coming of Christ must take place in the year 2022.

The rapture must occur approximately three and a half years prior to the end of the tribulation, which would be in spring 2019.

Of course the warning about the upcoming rapture is the latest prophecy about the arrival of the apocalypse.

Don’t think we can go much longer, the left is losing their minds.
Israel has enemies all around it.

We have the earthquakes, famines, pestilence, knowledge has increased,
kids are disobedient to their parents, and people are lovers of themselves, signs in the sky and all over the earth.
I’d say we are almost there.
Thank You Jesus:)

It does seem bad, but WADR, I have seen very little in the way of famine or pestilence. Africa has issues of course, but the world at large has an abundance of food and most deadly diseases are either isolated and suppressed or completely powerless.....it will get much scarier and sad IMHO. Death has yet to ride....

we all need to come to the REALization, that "the world" is not going to end ... LIFE on Earth, was designed for ETERNAL beings... therefore it is ETERNAL ... it will continue to sustain, and provide for Humanity ETERNALLY

the world ---- AS WE KNOW IT --- may end, because of the evolutionary process we are increasing our Consciousness by experiencing ... but the WORLD - this Solar System will not End ... LIFE will not end ... the System that we have collectively supported --- will most certainly end ... "god's" rule will end ---

The rapture must occur approximately three and a half years prior to the end of the tribulation, which would be in spring 2019.

Of course the warning about the upcoming rapture is the latest prophecy about the arrival of the apocalypse.
 Quoting: McCruise

If you want to know the true sign that the end is literally days/months away, Christians all over the world, even in the US, will be martyred for their faith and testimony in Christ.

Many people who call themselves Christians believe the lie that we, Christians, will be removed from the earth before tribulation and persecution unto death occurs, but the book of Daniel and Revelation teach otherwise.

Revelation 13:5
And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months (3 1/2 years).

Revelation 13:7
And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

Daniel 7:21
I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;

Daniel 7:25
And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time (3 1/2 years).

The actual rapture, or catching up into the clouds, is shown in a few places: 1 Corinthians 15:52 and 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17.

1 Corinthians 15:52:
in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (At the last trump talked about in the book of Revelation) This does away with any secret, pre-trib rapture, unless someone can prove that the last trump, the resurrection, and the return of Christ occur 3.5 years before the end of time, which doesn't make any sense because now you're talking about 3 comings of Christ; where the second is a secret one that includes a secret rapture.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Who is raptured? First, the those whose bodies are physically dead will rise, and next is those who are barely surviving the onslaught of the slaughter or "wearing out" of the saints that the man of lawlessness is fulfilling.

That word "remain" is perileipomai and means to survive. When Christ comes, very few Christians will be alive and surviving. Most of us will have been martyred and figuratively be lying dead in the streets of spiritual Sodom and Egypt as the world rejoices over our death. We, the Church, are the two witnesses, the kings and priests unto God (Revelation 1:6, Revelation 5:10).

Again, you can see the picture of the man of sin (or the beast) overcoming us and killing us, the two witnesses in Revelation 11:7:

And when they (the two witnesses/Church) shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them...then another reference to the rapture occurs in Revelation 11:11-12
And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.
And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

So when Christian brothers and sisters begin to see a worldwide onslaught of their brothers and sisters in Christ, we (those who may still be alive at that time) can then know that the time of our Lord's coming is close.

For unbelievers, there's no point in giving them these signs because the Lord's coming will overtake them as a thief in the night. They won't know what hit them until it's too late.

I believe people will be moved to "safe havens" this year! But we must be ready at all times, for Jesus comes as a thief in the night for those unaware!

Repent of your sins, learn to hear God's voice, obey Him, and endure until the end. This is the path to eternal salvation!

"another of 62 weeks (shemitta cycles adding up to 434 years)".

actually the word that Weeks was translated from means Shavuots not Shemitta cycles or Jubilees.

Also the word Sacrifice is an added word by the translators.

so 62 weeks would be 62 feast of weeks (Shavuots) 62 years

to understand what is going on Romans 8 helps.

who is it that may be "those accounted all day long as sheep to the slaughter"?

interesting as this (2019) Shavuot is preceded by a June 8th Sabbath Shavuot being on June 9th. now that hasn't happened in 62 years.

I'll do a thread on what's about to happen in the next week or two.

The wave offerings were never completed by Yahushua (Jesus) mid week is 3.5 days not four. The Half time show is about to end.

Yes that is true but like 99.9 % of the churches today they don't keep YAHUAH's appointed times and have gone to Pagan days and traditions.

Soon according to the Orthodox Prophets Orthodoxy will be reborn to a pure Orthodoxy as it was meant to be before it was polluted.

This is one of the best referenced explanations I’ve ever read on this topic. Thanks for sharing it. I believe this is accurate and that the rapture event is at the very end and saints will endure severe persecution before it takes place. Keep the faith through it all and receive final rest in glory with the Savior.
