While that happens still pray and keep a connection to Christ
As always it is an individuals choice to have medical intervention as compliance to medication is crucial
In Britain you can be sectioned if the psychiatrist believes that you need in patient care
However this is another reason that seeking medical intervention can take away your rights
I cannot say whether you need medical intervention as I’m not a psychiatrist,
Maybe you can speak to your GP about the racing thoughts that you’re experiencing and ask for therapy such as CBT
I know that CBT is a therapy that works to help a person MANAGE the thoughts
You may be pleasantly surprised by the help you can receive if you just ASK
Sometimes having additional tools can help when when under spiritual attack
