Someone had posted that more retailers have closed in the first four months this year, than all of last year.

I just knew that thousands of people have been laid off from different companies here, myself included, a few days before Christmas with no warning.

I could see this really hitting California again, as property dropped in 2009, from 350K to 70K. And I have watched and seen that appreciation has gone up very fast again.

However, don't think that everyone is sad over a Market Crash. Those with MONEY, Investors, start buying everything up very fast and loving the demise and homelessness of many.
