as a collector of postcards i wont list all the circumstances how i got to this postcard of vienna.
It was a collection of 20 cards and doesnt cost nearly anything. And i could see them just on bad pictures before buying and shipping then, didnt hold them in hand. However, this postcard i am talking about was dated the newest one from 1941.

As since 20 years i like to take pictures and am a photographic enthusiast, i recognized the mentioned card immediately, this quality of the picture dated back in 1941 blowed me away.

I tried to make some pictures from the postcard with the zoom of my mobile phone and could recognize that there is still a high quality of the picture when i zoom in. So i decided to ask a known friend with a good document scanner to scan me this postcard. the high quality of the picture dated back nearly 80 years ago, just beyond impressible

After watching the scanned image i came in the lover left part of the picture and then i saw him. Didnt see him before the scan on the card. But he was there, no doubt, with a "case"in his hand. But why was he there and you couldnt see him ??

And i can quarantee you, this guy is not a photoshop by me or a dust, dirt, or any other particle on this postcard.
This is a real sended postcard with a stamp of hitler sended from vienna, have scanned both sides.

The destination this postcard was send to was this castle in slovenia, with a message which was interested by itself indeed.
