I went through months of submitting paperwork and calls and finally got approved for a State Program for severely sick impoverished people for 8K for emergency repairs to their home

When the inspector came out he said, there is too much damage to the home, it is beyond repair. I said "what?" just some roof leaks and plumbing leaks?

I gave the neighbor 500 not all paid yet to remove all the trees from the roof and cut back all the shrubery

I paid 400 to have the plumbing fixtures that were leaking just removed and the damaged flooring tore out and new wood put in

And I talked with the man today who is charging 600 to seal the leaking on the roof and he said a whole new roof would cost 4900

Yet, the State after I was one of the top needy approved for an 8K grant for emergency repairs said the house was beyond repair and they would do NOTHING to help me

My elderly Mom has let us borrow money to do this, we didn't have it, I am still fighting for the 4th time to get through this CNA class that God keeps bringing me back to and get any job.
