I remember this song from the same period, I was at work, heard this from MTV, and was surprised; what Duran Duran, I thought they were crap, but this is a decent song!

Most 80s music was crap. 50s-70s was much better.

Good times in the 80s.

80's was a great decade for pop music

50's to 70's were great decades for music in general

90's brought House, Techno, Grunge, Hip Hop some of which was also great but overall as a decade musically not up to the same standard as previous decades

since 2000 have to say the music has become garbage and I'm not surprised current teenagers are really getting into the older decades music as that is indeed timeless

All genres of music were great in the 80's . Pop, Rock, New Wave, Country, Metal....They were all awesome, and there was such great music coming from other countries.

The 80's pretty much marked the end of the one-hit wonders, when they stopped making 45 records. When CD's came along, music producers weren't interested in bands unless they could provide a full albums worth of songs.

I miss eighties music, you could turn to any radio station, and there was always something good playing.
