While you're on this train of thought, here is one that really nailed it for me: Things are bad enough, there is no need to make anything up. ~Fluffy "Never interrupt an enemy in the process of destroying himself." musashi777 (OP) User ID: 76797431 Canada 01/03/2019 12:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hi, Musashi! Quoting: Fluffy Pancakes While you're on this train of thought, here is one that really nailed it for me: Thanks for the video fluffy! A lot of people claim that water experiment is a hoax, but whether its true or not the message is real, our words have power! I will do my best to have a loving attitude where ever I go because there is good in Gods creation, and thankfully God is good! Without him we would all be lost. Maybe there is something to the law of attraction, not in a give me a Ferrari kind of way, but maybe if we all were more loving we could change the world kind of way. Truly bizarre. |

I am making conscious efforts to change my perspectives thereby changing stress triggers. When he says: "have a mind open to everything, but attached to nothing", Its a good approach because you never now when your going to learn something from someone and maybe get some very important information. Television is definitely shaping peoples opinions and worldviews making people less open. Especially during this political season its definitely got to the point where a lot of people are not interested in having a conversation about the issues. Its all causing a lot of stress, and I think the answers to coping with them are much more subtle than we realise. We must break our conditioning and get back to a more sane loving grateful stance in the world. |

I highly recommend Dyer's book (he has many more, maybe see what you resonate with): [link to www.amazon.com (secure)] I was able to pull out of a very 'dark' place reading that. Where your mind goes, energy flows. I totally understand that, but sometimes 'forget.' We humans seem to enjoy drama, to different extents. That is why we tend to get lost in 'life,' I read a quote when I was seven years old, and it stuck. "The unexaminded life is not worth living." "Johnathan Livinston Seagull" is worth a read. I believe it can be read for free on the internet. Nice we have this place to re-mind each other. Gratitude to you, dear Friend. Please know you are Love(d) ;) |

Some call it The Dark Night of the Soul. I was recovering from an illness, and my mind went to very dark places...where I 'met' my 'dark side.' It was all internal and I did not act on it/harm anyone else. It is about knowing the Self. If anyone is interested, this man speaking of Carl Jung puts it very well.
