Glad you came off them and have seen the difference...OP's too far gone to give them up and see the long term damage and never took the chance to let his body do it's own repairing..Now after twenty years of poisoning his body..Starting from when he was in his twenties he is losing his mental health..As witnessed by his mental rants and strange way of spending his day....It will be a foaming at the mouth death for OP..Screaming at his wife for a glass of water and one last pill..If she has any sense she will throw the glass of water in his face and dance down the stairs.
