I'm trying to see if I can pick up anything. I think he ran outside and was chasing something, maybe a bird. Do you have a porch in the front of your house? also to the left of the house is a small thicket of woods or heavy bushes? I think some trees there too?

YES! We have a front porch and a thicket of trees/woods to one side which we have searched heavily. We’ve put out wet food, his litterbox, blankets, etc. why is he not coming home?

I could be wrong so I don't want to get your hopes up, but I get the sense he ran out of the house chasing something and wasn't paying attention to where he was going and ended up in that thicket area. I think he's still out there within sight of the house but is too scared to come out. He's an indoor cat right, not used to being out? He really over did it, went past his own confidence. I get the sense of him croached out there and just kind of frozen with fear. Keep going out there and calling to him and putting out his food. You might want to keep searching that area specifically. It's just so odd, when they get frightened they can get so quiet and they try to freeze so nothing can see them. I don't think there's anything dangerous to him in those woods.

Also try sitting and clear your mind, focus him in your mind and talk to him, tell him you want to bring him home and have him be warm and happy and full. Picture feeding him and giving him water and telling him what a good boy he is but he needs to speak up so you know where he is. Keep looking I think you will find him. Good luck! Let us know. I'll pray for you both.

You are an Angel! We placed another litter box in our back yard. I will keep you posted- we are trying to stay positive.
