The campaign encompasses Federal Hate Crime violations in the form of bia's intimidation, stalking. Now keep in mind this person is at his place off employment at a convenience store. The allegations are hearsay.

All of the conjecture is ok but in America you still have to follow the law.

In this situation the police and district attorney at the least need to be appraised of this situation right away. This case needs to be carefully documented for possible further legal action and charges. A report needs to be made to the the store clerks local jurisdiction of the FBI. The FBI field office in that jurisdiction needs to be notified right away and a criminal complaint needs to be filed by the clerk to initiate and document an investigation.
