If you knew anything about the US government, you would know that the US Congress controls what is done. All 535 members. Geez...I cannot believe that people don't know how it works! We have a president, not a dictator. Holding a president to his word depends on if the Congress agrees....or if they're traitors and are purposely trying to destroy America. For example, Pelosi, Schumer, Maxine Waters and many Democrats.
