1. Thanks for the thread.

2. (Not directed at you) I don't understand wtf the big deal is. How many times did obammy shut the govt down. On top of it how many national emergencies have we been operating under for the past 60 years.

I'm not 100% but didn't obammy sign a national emergency as well.

There's only been 31 national emergencies declared since Congress passed the National Emergencies Act in 1976. If Trump declare it, it will be 32.
