I saw a link somewhere that there are 28 active national emergencies of various types in the US. There's only been 31 national emergencies declared since Congress passed the National Emergencies Act in 1976. If Trump declare it, it will be 32. I'm glad it's not that 33 number. The 33 is being saved for when a Democrat takes office and declares a "National Emergency" over gun crime and writes an executive order to ban them the same way Trump is about to do to build this wall. The problem with that is that is a 2nd amendment right. What we are dealing with in this instance has nothing to do with constitutional rights, it has to do with illegal invasion of aliens.
